Identified - Due to a recent Meta change on their API, some users may not appear correctly in your bot's People Tab. Our team is aware of this issue and we are already working on a fix. We will resolve the issue after running some internal tests to ensure everything is working correctly.

Investigating - Meta is currently experiencing issues impacting Recurring notifications on Facebook, they are not working and new broadcasts can't be send. Our team is monitoring the situation, and we are waiting for an update from Meta for more information.
